tqbet Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tqbet platform and all of its services. By accessing the tqbet website or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute arising from a translation into another language, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any services on tqbet, you must be at least 21 years old. If an underage account is discovered, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one tqbet account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a violation is confirmed, all accounts will be closed and bonus benefits will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination. tqbet may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on tqbet:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum limit depends on your account verification level and the selected payment method. All deposits must be made from your own payment account — use of third-party accounts is not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if verification is not complete or if a security review is required.

Withdrawals will always be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals to a different method.

3.3 Transaction Verification

In some cases, tqbet may request additional identity verification when large withdrawals or unusual activity are detected. This may include government-issued ID, proof of payment method, or other documents. The relevant transaction will be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive a ৳10,000 bonus. Before withdrawing, you must place bets totalling 15 times the combined amount (৳5,000 + ৳10,000) = ৳15,000, which equals ৳225,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds may be used to participate in all types of bets.
• Each bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically approved.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• tqbet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

tqbet has three VIP tiers. Through regular gaming activity, you can automatically advance to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

VIP benefits are subject to approval, and tqbet may change the VIP program terms at any time.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only when it has been successfully registered in the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error or connection failure, it will be considered void and the relevant amount will be refunded.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game, market, and event. These limits are clearly displayed alongside each game. tqbet reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.3 Permitted Games

tqbet offers the following types of games:

• Sports Betting (cricket, football, water polo, snooker, kabaddi, and others)
• Live Casino (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Sic Bo, Andar Bahar, and others)
• Slots and Video Slots
• Fishing Games
• Table Games and Card Games

5.4 Fair Play Policy

Any form of fraud, cheating, use of bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited. tqbet ensures fairness across all games.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tqbet platform:

• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits (bonus abuse)
• Any attempt to interfere with the platform's code or game outcomes
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users
• Betting on behalf of minors
• Using the platform for commercial purposes or accepting bets on behalf of third parties
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors

If any of the above violations are confirmed, tqbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and take legal action if necessary.

tqbet may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Providing a false identity or information
• Confirmed to be an underage user
• Legal directive or order from a regulatory authority

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the competent courts of Bangladesh shall have final jurisdiction.
